HYLA Returns & Refunds Policy


At HYLA Malaysia, returns or exchanges are allowed in certain circumstances. Returns, exchanges and store credit are NOT allowed for change of mind.

Return Eligibility
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days upon receiving the goods. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 14 to 21 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

HYLA Malaysia reserves the right to reject any returns if the item does not meet all of the above conditions and in our reasonable opinion, the product has; become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.

The Return
Our Logistics team will contact you to schedule for the collection. We will only perform the refund after we collect the returned item. All refunds will take 14 days to process and we will issue in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment. However, HYLA Malaysia reserves the rights to change the mode of refund.

The Refund
Shipping is a hard cost we incur from our logistics partners. If you decide to return the item, a restocking fee of RM100 of the original invoiced value will be deducted for logistics and handling. As such, you will be refunded the following: Purchase Price - Restocking Fee = Refunded Amount. Please do note that the restocking fee will also apply if you wish to return the item(s) to place another order.

Please review the "Delivery" page to learn about how and when you will receive the products you purchased from HYLA Malaysia. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond HYLA Malaysia’s control once it leaves our facilities, HYLA Malaysia cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
