Product & service warranty - household in Malaysia
Thank you from us - and congratulations to you on the purchase of your HYLA Air & Room Cleaning System. Your new product is a precision manufactured machine from Europe which with normal usage and care should give you many, many years of excellent service. Below are the terms of the Warranty which we extend to our valued customers in Malaysia. Again, our sincere “Thank You!” to you.
- Your HYLA NST/GST/EST Air & Room Cleaning System as serialised on the sticker affixed to the HYLA products are warranted against defective material and manufacturing faults such as Electric Motor and Electrical Components & Parts, for a period of four (4) years for household use and one (1) year for commercial use from the date of first purchase. There is no warranty for the product tools & accessories.
- To be eligible for the warranty, all products must be promptly reported upon discovery. HYLA Products not purchased from HYLA Malaysia at the time of purchase date will not be warranted.
We regret that the product warranty does not cover damages resulting from:-
a) accidents, misuse or any manner of tampering with the machine internally;
b) using ofwrong supply voltage for your machine other than that specified;
c) use not according to, or contrary to, your User’s Manual;
d) any of the supplied accessories;
e) normal wear and tear on product tools and accessories.
- Your warranty becomes null and void if at any time any part of the machine has been dismantled, parts changed or repaired by any person other than an Authorized Technician of HYLA Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
- Your product warranty is applicable exclusively in Malaysia only.
- Your product warranty covers repairs in HYLA’s premise during the first four (4) years or five (5) years whichever applicable for household use and one (1) year for commercial use from the date of purchase without any charges for handling, labor or material provided clause number (3) is not infringed in any part.
During your warranty period coverage, all labor charges which may be involved in the servicing of your HYLA equipment is free, thereafter chargeable at RM150.00 per service. On-site serviced of equipment is If at any time you need any service for your HYLA, you should ONLY contact HYLA Malaysia Careline at 1300-88-4952[HYLA] or WhatsApp us at HYLA Malaysia Official WhatsApp us at +60162663372. Thereafter, we will schedule for a on-site service to be done at the convenience of your home accordingly.
- Please do not alter, modify, deface or erase any part of this warranty certificate. Should you do so, such alteration, unauthorized modification, defacement or erasure may render this warranty invalid.
- The total terms and conditions of this warranty are contained exclusively in this document and no other presentation or provision, either written or otherwise, regardless of the origin of the same, will be accepted as adding to or subtracting from these terms and conditions.
